Pay pal and Money orders are accepted. Money orders are only accepted from Canadian buyers and are payable to AAR. Please be aware that if paying by money order the item will be shipped out after the money order is received and cleared.

All items will be shipped with sufficient packing material to insure safe transport.
Made to Order/Processing times: Our items are HAND MADE, thus many of our items are "made to order" i.e. the item will be made after the purchase has gone through. If the item is in stock then the item will be shipped out within 1-2 business days following purchase. If made to order or a custom order is purchased, processing time depends on the item. Average processing time is about 5-7 business days. If the item is a rush, please contact us in advance to discuss processing time, we aim to process your purchase as fast as possible. Please note that during the holiday season (November-December), there is a higher volume of sales and so the earlier the purchase is made the better chance it will be received by its intended date. North America: Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery after shipping date within North America. I will send you a message when the item has been shipped. I ship with my paypal account, which includes tracking info (except for paint brushes, which are sent in a bubble envelope). Orders may be subject to customs or taxes. Montreal: If you are a local customer (Montreal area), and would prefer to pick up the item instead of paying for shipping, just message me beforehand and we can arrange it. Overseas: We offer some items to the EU and Australia. Please be aware that shipping to these areas can take roughly 4-6 weeks. During the holiday season (November-january), the shipping time may be even longer. Other faster shipping options are available but they are much more expensive. However, if you would like this option, it can be arranged before hand with a custom listing. Furthermore shipping to these areas have a maximum weight allowance, in some cases, if more than one item is sold, the pieces may need to be sent in two separate packages. Please note that in some rare occasions items shipped overseas may get held up by customs and take additional time to arrive at the final destination. International orders may be subject to customs or taxes. Paint kits: Paint kits and brushes combined with any order of unpainted bisque of a value of 15 dollars or more will be sent with free shipping. |

We have over twenty years of experience in shipping our ceramics, thus we take great care in protecting the items during transport. However, if any damage occurs during transport, please take a picture of the damaged piece and shipping box and contact us within one week after receiving the package and either you will be refunded or sent another item (as your preference). Shipping costs are unfortunately non-refundable. Processing time for damaged items may take longer as a file needs to be opened with the post office.
I am passionate about my work and put a lot of effort in making sure any custom order is to your specifications (I have had excellent feedback so far), if for some reason you are not happy with the piece that you have received, the option of the refund will be on a case to case basis - i.e. if an item is personalized or painted in such a way that i cannot resell it - then i cannot supply a refund. However, if the item is non customized or painted in such a way that it can be re-sold, then I can offer a refund if contacted within 10 business days of your receiving the package. The buyer must send the item back via mail at their expense in the case of a refund. The refund will be issued after I receive the item back in the mail. However, either way I am happy to keep the lines of communication open to discuss any potential refunds. Shipping costs are however, non refundable. |
