Since bringing my business online I have had numerous customers provide their feedback from their shopping experience with Wendy's Ceramics (registered as Aarceramics). I loved my gnomes! They made them unique to my color scheme & our hair colors. The turn around was quick and packaged well so they received no damage in transit. And I have never been to a wedding with gnome cake toppers, so it will be very unique. Painted well and overall a very good experience.
Absolutely beautiful. I love my little tree, it is perfect for my office. I have had so many compliments and I only put it out this morning. It did take a bit longer to ship than originally expected, but the seller was very honest about it and communicated that to me from the beginning, and also throughout the process. I will be back.

To say I am extremely pleased with the services of Wendy and aarceramics is not enough! The products I received (2 custom-painted dog urns) are beautiful and the craftsmanship and detail is superb. The personal service this company provided was above and beyond. They really take pride in their work and customer service. This was an involved project due to the custom work and throughout the process, they made sure I was happy with all of the different stages. The shipping and handling was great - they made sure the items were securely wrapped and took extra care in doing so. Every thing arrived in perfect condition. We recently lost our little boy Nipper. After searching I decided to order a pet maker from Wendy. She was caring and very attentive to detail in the creating of Nipper's marker. Wendy asked for photos and asked questions during the process to be make sure her creation captured our special lttle boy. The marker is a beautiful and wonderful tribute to our kitty Nipper. The last few Christmases I'd wanted to get my sister one for her house, but always waited until too late. This year I looked online and found one. This tree is perfect and I know my sister will love it. Aarceramics make beautiful traditional ceramic christmas trees. Mine was well painted with a nice touch of glitter, instead of a glaze. Lots of spots for lights on it too. Well worth the price. Of course shipping for these things is expensive, which is why I bought from a Canadian seller. After I placed the order they gave me information and options for my order and shipped it promptly. A fragile item it is, but it was very well packaged. I'm very happy with this tree. Thank you.
